White geometry

White Geometry neix a partir d’un projecte de col·laboració amb la ceramista coreana Minji Jung.

El projecte està inspirat en la papiroflèxia. La idea i objectiu principal era aconseguir que el resultat amb la porcellana fos el més semblant possible al paper.

La ceràmica i la papiroflèxia són dues arts antigues que s’han fusionat en aquest projecte per aconseguir una joia elegant i a la vegada original. La ceràmica i el paper tenen una gran capacitat de transformació, on ens poden oferir un gran ventall de possibilitats en la sensibilitat de la forma.

White Geometry was born from a project agreement with the Korean potter Minji Jung.

The project is inspired by origami. The idea and main objective was to ensure that the result with porcelain was as similar as possible to paper.

Pottery and origami are two ancient arts which have become fused in this project in order to obtain an elegant and original jewel at the same time. Pottery and paper have a great processing capacity that can offer us a wide range of possibilities related to sensitivity of the shape.
